Matt loved life; his wife, his family, his friends and his work. His many qualities were apparent before his cancer and amazingly they did not dim through all the obstacles he faced. Although he thought he was nothing special, we all know that he was.

I might be six years too late, but I have only just found out you are no longer with us. I remember the day you joined John Lewis Oxford Street. Your sincerity, open-mindedness and hard-working nature won everyone over. My heart goes out to your family and your beautiful wife.
